Prairie & Path provides clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adults seeking clarity, support, or documentation related to:

• ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

• Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Personality Disorders

Each evaluation includes a clinical interview, standardized self-report measures, and collateral input when appropriate. Clients receive a written report with diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations. Assessments can be used to guide therapy, support accommodations, or fulfill legal and forensic requirements.
