Borderline Personality Disorder traits, including intense emotions, attachment fears, identity instability, and relationship instability
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including intrusive thoughts, rumination, compulsions, and moral/somatic anxiety
Disordered eating patterns related to control, trauma, anxiety, or sensory overwhelm
Chronic health conditions where stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation interact
Neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism) when it intersects with emotional regulation, identity, and relationships
Services are trauma-informed, affirming, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, parts work, and skills-based interventions as appropriate.
